To search NLM's Medline system for keywords found in journals of a specific specialty in medicine:
Simply click on the specialty of your choice [for example: orthopaedics],
Subsequently, enter your keywords and
start your search.
In the specialty menu, you can filter your search to any of the
listed journals which are highlighted. You can select more journals by keeping the control
key depressed while you make your selection using the mouse arrow.
You can also select the date range, the study type [human only, english language only,
or review articles only] as well as the number of results shown per page.
You can also search the complete Medline archives below:
Enter keywords into the search box [including author, title, any keyword, etc.],
Choose a date of publication (leave blank for full search),
Press Submit...
